Hello
Thanks for writing to us with your health concern.
Yes you have a chance to get pregnant again.
You first of all need to see a gynaecologist.
At 34, various factors necessary for fertility need to be assessed in totality.
Firstly, your partner's semen analysis should be tested.
Next you should undergo a vaginal scan to check for the status of the endometrium ( lining of the uterus ) and the tubes and ovaries.
Once that is done, you will need to know if you are ovulating properly ( producing good quality and sufficient number of eggs ).
This is done by estimating hormone levels - FSH, LH, TSH, Prolactin, OGTT , AMH, DHEAS, free testosterone.
A cycle of follicular monitoring can be conducted, where serial ultrasound scans are done throughout the month, to check if the egg follicle is properly developing or not.
Next, a hysteroscopy combined with a laparoscopy should be done to check if the fallopian tubes are open or closed.
Based on these results, you would know if fertility is an issue or it is possible.
Meanwhile, take regular folic acid supplements and maintain an ideal BMI.
All the best
Please feel free to discuss further.
