Could Indigestion And Pain In Abdomen Be A Matter Of Concern?

I often have stomach pain - while I have no official diagnosis (been tested) when I eat bread, pasta or dairy i get gas, bloating, sometime diarrhea. I now notice that if I press on the center/left side of my upper abdomen there s pain. It s very localized to a specific area - and only hurts when I press on it. My question - should I see a doctor about this - or is this just another manifestation of gas/bloating.

Indeed, it needs an evaluation. This pain in the upper abdomen, left of midline, is the stomach area. These kind of symptoms are described as Dyspepsia. The pain is it relieved on eating or does it increase on eating? Are u on any kind of drugs? do u smoke? All these point to a gastritis, so do a simple investigation called Upper gi endoscopy(gastroscopy). The treatment is very simple, so dont get worried, but it needs attention !!
Are you doing any exercises, sometimes, excessive abdominal exercises can cause injury to the muscles and can cause pain, not related to food.
