Could Infliximab Cause Infection?

I have crohn's and have had an abscess drained in Sept last year. A seton was also put in to the fistula tract that had formed. Beginning Feb had tract laid open and all seemed ok. Had infliximab treatment last week and a coupe of days later started to get pain and tingling in buttock, lower back and top of leg on same side as had abscess and fistula. Am wondering if infliximab has caused infection?
