Could Injury On Top Of Head Of A Child Be A Matter Of Concern?

My Four year old daughter was playing at the playground and hit the top of her head extremely hard while jumping up. She started crying immediately, and upon examination has a large dent at the site of injury. There is no blood, as the skin was not broken. She appears to be acting normal, other than the pain from hitting her head. I was wondering if I should take her to urgent care, since I've never felt a dent in her head before. Thank you!
