Could Intermittent Pain In Right Side Of Chest Indicate Heart Problem?

i have a little chest chest pain in the right side of the chest which only last for a few seconds,sometimes the chest pains during the period of 2,3 days gap an d sometimes it pains three or four times a day..m really worried if its related with heart problem n im 30 years old..

Hi,
Usually this type of pain at this age might be due to costo-chondritis, but any way you should go for EKG to rule out any cardiac ailment like angina pain.
Even if 5-10 % pain is due to cardiac ailment, it matters.
