Could Intermittent Pinching Pain In Upper Mid Abdomen Be A Matter Of Concern?

Hi, I am 59 years old and have a family history of pancreatic cancer (2 sib died of pancreatic cancer, and one died of colon cancer). For the past 24 hours I ve been experiencing an intermittent pinching pain in my upper mid-abdomen. Do I need to be concerned? I know the symptoms don t match pancreatic cancer completely, but obviously, I would like to catch it before it s out of control....
