Could It Be Breast Cancer Or Gynecomastia When As A Male With A Breast Lump That Was Painful And Caused Nipple Hardness?

I have a lump In my breast and can t tell wether its breast cancer or gynecomasti. It has mixed symptoms of both. It was sore and hurt when touched or pressed. It was hard and made my nipple hard but the sorness and pain and nipple hardness have gone away I m a male.
