Could It Be Due To Swimming There Is Pain In Neck,right Arm And Wrist?

I am 50 year old female with neck pain and pains in the right arm and wrist .I have had xrays which say loss of normal cervical lordosis mild degenerative change in joints C5.6 C6.7 ,i am finding it hard to put pressure on the arm and wrist also shooting pains in the shoulder whats the best thing to do .I swim everyday is this making the problem worse?
