Hi, last week my period ended. now about 10 days later, i have a red discharge again.. could it be my period or what is it ?

It may not be your period if you are sexually active and have had unprotected intercourse. If yes, then you might be having what is called as 'implantation bleed'. Give your gyne a visit and discuss what is happening.
