Could It Be Panic Attack If Having Breathlessness While Being Tensed Up?
Hi. My boyfriend is 21 years old. He had some type of attack last night. We think it is an anxiety attack because he normally has them if hes stressed or depressed. Last night, he tensed up and wasnt breathing correct. When he came out of it, he had no memory of the last two hours. His head, chest, elbows and legs hurt. His headache has lasted all night and day. Is this an anxiety attack or more serious and what needs to be done?
I went through your details. I suggest you not to worry much. From the description, it is very hard to diagnose the problem. From the outside, it might seem to be panic attack, but need to look further. Proper investigation is needed. Some of the symptoms given are not qualified as simple panic attack. Consult a physician.
If you require more of my help in this aspect, Please post a direct question to me in this website. Make sure that you include every minute details possible. I shall prescribe the needed psychotherapy techniques which should help you cure your condition further.
Hope this answers your query. Available for further clarifications. Good luck.
