Could It Just Be A Hair With Vaginal Discharge Or Something Else ?

I found an odd hair like thing in my underwear with weird pieces connected to it. Its a darker color. I ve been discharging, vaginally, this morning, and I came home. I sat down to use the restroom, and I spotted it in my underwear. Could it just be a hair with vaginal discharge or something on it?
