Could Itching And Swelling In Eye Balls Be Due To Allergic Reaction Of Penicillin?
I have an allergic reaction when taking penicillin, I took a keflex antibiotic, started itching, ears and face got hot, eye balls felt like they were swelling, and my mouth was drawing. I took 2 Benadryl and symptoms got much better, my eyes still feel like I have numbing medication in them, but my eye sight is fine. Could this have been an allergic reaction or should I seek medical attention. Feeling fine now, except for the eyes.

As this problem occurred after taking medicine it shows that you are allergic to this medicine producing this type of allergic reaction in eye, ear, and face.
Continue Benadryl medicine for 2-3 days.
Keep in mind about allergy to this type of medicine.
