Could Itching Pain Around Left Nipple Be Overstretched Muscle?

Dear Sir / Madam , i am 29 years old male i have a itching pain around my left nipple i have that pain from one year or so it stops and starts automatically i have done ECG ETT and everything comes back normal my bp 120/80 it feels like an over streached mussle there or something can you please guide
