Could Itchy Bumps On Face With A Clear Fluid Be Related To STD?

i have had these bumps on my face that have not gone away for 4 months now...they got worse yesterday...they leak clear fluid and burn...they itch pretty bad...i went to the doctor and they can not tell me what it is...they told me it could be a std...i have not had sex in months...
