Could Itchy Penis Head With Yellow Discharge Be Due To Tight Foreskin?

Hello I am 19 years old and uncircumcised and have somewhat tight foreskin but that has never cause me problems I have recently had a really itchy penis head And realised there was a very smelly yellowish creamy substance when I ll pulled my forskin back I assumed it was smegma and have been washing my penis pulling my forskin back slightly also in the shower for the last 3 days or so But there is still some smegma still there and is slightly itchy I m wondering if it will go away with regular washing, or is my tight forskin preventing me from removin it all, or is it an infection?

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having Belano-prostiits due to collection of smegma under fore skin and not cleaned.
Try to clean the smegma by gently averting foreskin.
If fore skin is pin hole tight, you might require circumcision operation.
Mean while go for one antibiotic medicine course for 3-5 days.
apply antibiotic cream on the part after cleaning.
