Could Itchy Rashes On Body Be Caused By Unprotected Sex?

I had unprotected sex last night in Cabo. Today I woke up and my whole body was itchy. It s not a bad itching sensation but its uncomfortable. I was there for 4 days and did heavy drinking. No sores and no burning. Do you think this could be std related or am i just panicking?

The possible diagnosis of the condition based on the description of the lesions is urticaria which is a cutaneous hypersensitivity reaction. It can be triggered by physical activity as well as by alcohol and sea food.Topical soothing lotions like calamine lotion can be used along with oral antihistamines like fexofenadine. The description does not suggest a sexually transmitted infection. Consult your dermatologist to confirm the diagnosis of urticaria. Regards
