Blood donation is not the cause of your rashes. It is only a coincidence. You take tab.levocetirizine 5m g twice a day, and tab betamethazone 0.5 mg twice a day. Best thing would to walk in emergency medical room and to have your BP checked. You may need some injections which your physician will decide.
