Could Itchy Red Spots On Her Back, Legs, And Inner Arms Be Chickenpox, And Is Green Stool In A Toddler Normal?

hi doctor. My 3 year old poop was green for 2 days and now I see she had red spots all over. No fever or any other symptoms. Just very itchy red spots all over her back and legs and some on her inner arms. Is this chicken pox? And is it normal for her poo to be green
