Could Lack Of Strength And Weakness Be Due To Iron Deficiency?

I went to the doctor and had some lab work done. It came back that I am slightly anemic. My doctor said I could be feelin b sluggish or tired a little more than usual. I tried eating foods that are high in iron but I noticed I am feeling worse than I did before. I am very exhausted. I just want to stay in bed and only get up if I really must. Could this be because my iron level has dropped even more?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, yes it may be due to some diet that could be less healthy but more is your stress and mood swing so try to come out of this condition, and try to eat healthy, and no need to worry about this, hope this helps, take care and have a nice day.
