Could Large Blue Veins On Chest And Eye With Migraines Be Related To High BP?

I have just last couple days notice on left side of chest very visible blue large veins, and a coworker today said they noticed by left eye as well ; I have also had a horrible headache for several days (migraine severity) could this be related to heart issues or my high blood pressure? or something else?
