Could Lasting Harm Or Worsening Health Occur While Having Headaches And Digestive Issues After Inhaling Hand Sanitizer Daily For 2–3 Years?

I used to inhale hand sanitizer all the time. I don’t exactly remember how often or how long I did it for. I think I might have been inhaling it for 2 years, worst case 3 years. I’m positive I must have been doing it at least once a day. However, I’m sure I did it more often on some days. I definitely used it on my hands many times throughout every day. I read that this can cause headaches and digestive issues. I’m not 100% sure if sanitizer is the cause, but I do have both of these issues. Is it possible things will get worse even though I dont inhale it anymore? Can it kill me?
