Could Late Periods, Back Pain And Dizziness Be Due To Pregnancy?
Hi I am 2 weeks late on my period, Ive been having nauseas throughout the day, lower back aches, headaches, dizziness and ive been more tired than usual. Today I got a pink bloody vaginal fluid, more watery than regular blood. Could I be pregnant or is it my period?

I really appreciate your concern looking to the history given here I could say that with the changing of life style and education, modern method to detect the body function now clinical sign and symptoms of pregnancy no longer remained the indication of pregnancy, so in my opinion if you have doubt for pregnancy then get done the test and do not rely upon the physical sign in very early days, have a nice day.
