Could Late Periods Be Due To HCG Shots?

Can HCG shots affect my monthly period? I am also taking B-12 injections and a lipotropic for weight loss through a physician once a week. Could any of these injections affect my monthly cycle? Last month i was a week late, and this month i'm another week behind and have not started yet.
