Could Left Eye Twitching Occasionally Be Related To Accident That Caused Cervical Neck Sprain And Concussion ?

I was recently in a car accident where two trucks hit me in the back. I have a cervical neck sprain and a concussion, but I've noticed my left eye twitching occasionally, not the eyelid, but right below the eye. Could that be related to the accident or is it something else?

Hello
It seems from the history that you are having occasional twitching of the left eye. This is usually because of stress or because of increased intake of caffeine containing drinks.
This may not be related to the accident directly but it can be because of indirect effect of accident as a result of stress associated with accident.
The treatment of the condition is by use of cold compression and treatment of predisposing factors if any like stress or by avoiding caffeine containing drinks.

Thank you
