Hello!

Welcome on HCM!

I understand your concern and would explain that his symptoms may be related to peripheral arteriopathy. An arterial thrombosis could not be excluded too.

I recommend going to the ER for a careful physical examination , a Doppler ultrasound of the leg vessels and some blood lab tests (complete blood count, PCR, sedimentation rate, D-Dimmer, blood electrolytes).

If an arterial blood clot is diagnoses, a vessel interventin should be performed urgently.

Hope to have been helpful!

Feel free to ask any other questions whenever you need!

Greetings!
