Could Lesions In The Brain Be Due To Lupus?

I have been diagnosed with SLE for years and have attributed all my symptoms to the Lupus, however I have also been diagnosed with MS. I had the brain scan but the spinal is sceduled. They found lesions in my brain. My question is, "Is it possible that the lesions can be caused by the Lupus?"
