Could Lichen Planus Be Treated And Completely Cured?

I have a problem in mouth and throat i.e. red spot appear and in one or two days they will disapper the Doctor Said that the Disease is Lykan Planus the treatment will started from few years but the disease is not completely gone few days relief but after the dosease reduce the problem will start
