Could Light Bleeding After Intercourse Be Signs Of Menopause?

Hi...I am 50 years old. My periods are still regular, but heavy for the first 2 days. I finished my period last week and last night which was 24 hours after sex I am lightly bleeding. Only when I wipe. I am nervous and wonder if this could be a sympton of early menopause.
