Could Light Bleeding And White Tissue Discharge Be Symptom Of Miscarriage?

My partner is 18 weeks pregnant, placenta previa. She has had some light intermittent bleeding, but has been generally well. Due for next scan in 2 weeks time, but this morning had some white tissue, like an oatflake - we're worried that this could be a sign of m/c

I appreciate your concern, per vagina discharge is not the only sign of miscarriage but the lower abdominal pain and the fluid escaping from the uterus is matter, if you have some doubt then go get done the ultrasonography test, hope this information helps you have nice day.
