Hello dear
Understand your concern
Light period in your case does not indicate the pregnancy as you did sex in safe period of your cycle. T become pregnant, full penetrative sexual intercourse should be done in the fertile period of your cycle (10th to 18th day of cycle) in which ejaculation should be done in the vagina.
Following are the causes of light period in absence of pregnancy: hormonal imbalance like less estrogen, thyroid disorder, stress, excessive weight gain or loss of weight, change in eating habit. It should be evaluated by consulting the gynecologist after proper investigation
Hope this may help you
Best regards
Dr. Sagar
