Could Light Spotting Be Due To Pregnancy?

I had a miscarriage 6weeks ago I had a tablet to help things along I only needed the one the product came away on the 7th of November I stopped bleeding on the 8th and hav had nothing since bt over the last few day I hav had very light spotting could I b pregnant again me and my partner hav been ttc
