Could Lithotripsy Be The Cause Of Sciatica Symptoms?

I had a large (20 mm) kidney stone removed by lithotripsy four months ago. Two lithotripsy treatments were required (12 days apart) to break up the stone. Since then, I have had sciatica symptoms in my right buttocks and leg (the stone was in my right kidney). Could the lithotripsy be the cause of the sciatica symptoms?
