Could Long-overdue Bile And Pancreas Stents Be Causing My Aunt S Weight Loss, Red Urine, And High Protein Levels?

In July 2019, my aunt undergo ERCP surgery and doctor put stents in Bile Duct and Pancereases. After 3 months we consult doctor (many times) to remove stents but he avoid the procedure and misguide us by saying that we conduct it latter. After that Corona Pandamic outbreak happend, so ERCP (stent removal) not happened. Now my aunt lose weight (from 35 kg to 29 kg in 1 year) and in her urine color first it become yellow and now become red.
