Could Long Term Dependence On Medications For Depression Effect Health?

HI I am suffering from depression since 12 years I take Alprocontin .05mg - 1tab Bupron SR 150mg - twice Prodep 10mg - 1 tab now i am been prescribed Pyricontin for 10 days for PMS.I am afraid i am becoming dependent on them and dont want to start the new one. I am afraid i will loose control over me?
