Could Long Term Intake Of Pills Cause Fatigue, Nausea And Mood Swings?

I have been feeling tired, nausea s, moody and have sore breasts for about 6 months. I have been on the pill since i was 18 years old and it has helped with period pain and my skin. Is it possible my pill is no longer suited to my body and these are side effects?

Hi there.
Yes, Being on an Oral contraceptive pill can cause symptoms of bloating, and tenderness of the breast. If the symptoms are not bearable on a day to day basis, I suggest you to consult your Doctor and ask about the non-steroidal contraceptives which won't have these side effects.
