Could Long Term Use Of Lisinopril Cause Gastric Problems?

Can long term use of lisinopril hctz cause gastric problems? I have been diagnosed with Diverticulitis and IBS. I have pain right below my ribs in front and back pain at the same level. Can Lisinopril cause pancreatitis? I was hospitalized because my immune system went into overdrive causing pan colitis with sloughing of bowel wall, elevated liver and pancreatic enzymes.
