Could Loss Of Erections Be Due To An Internal Injury?

Doctor, I was in a competion with my friends doing leg presses. During one of my attempts I strained really hard. Then I felt something from my genital area slap my stomach from the inside then i felt pain. My penis shriveled up to about an inch. The pain lasted a few days, but now I can t get erections. I used to get erections everyday before this happened. I m a young man, What happened to me? Is it fixable? Your answer is greatly appreciated. thank you.
