General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my clinical experience, the low levels of white blood cell counts may be related to recurrent bacterial, viral infections, but not usually H.Pylori particularly. Here are salient possibilities which can lead to the condition as:
- The drug response might be low to previous threapy
- The organism may be more virulent which are resistant to certain medications
- Low immunity affecting at multiple body systems to combat particular infection
- Lack of particular diet modifications
- Associated ongoing smoking, alcohol, spices consumption
- Other medication consumption simultaneously
- Others

However, a comparison of two reports together are mandatory before complete discussion and further guidelines.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
