Could Low Blood Sugar Cause Drowsiness And Muscle Weakness?

I am 46 years old. 5 6 and 128 lbs. My question is two-fold. I have been experiencing drowsiness and muscle weakness for several weeks now. I have an appt with my doctor in 5 days but was wondering a couple things. I am a heart transplant receipient of 10 years. Is it possible for an immunosupressed person to get MS? Second question: I was just tested for glucose an hour after eating and my level is 74. Seems a bit low. Could low glucose cause drowsiness and muscle weakness?

HI
Thanks for posting your query on HCM

Yes low glucose can cause Drowsiness and Muscle weakness . I advise you to get FAsting Blood sugars also and if it comes low you need an evaluation for low glucose .

Second what you mean by MS ? Is it Multiple sclerosis or Mitral Stenosis ?

Kindly clarify so that I can give you more information you need .
