Hello and welcome to HCM, The heart rate of the baby should be steady and should be in specified range. A low heart in your baby could be due to some congenital anomaly or some cardiac defect which may be incompatible with life. There are various chromosomal disorders which may be responsible for the cardiac anomalies. You can get chromosomal analysis of the products of conception if they are still available with you for more details.
Thanks and take care Dr Shailja Puri
