Could Lower Abdominal Pain Be Due To STI?

I ve had pains in my lower abdomen and been feeling nauseous all day and at first i thought i could be pregnant as yesterday i had unprotected sex (but im on my week off taking the pill) so i wasnt sure then i went to empty my bowels and there was blood but not vaginal. Could it be an STI ?

Hi,

No. I don't think that this condition of your can be due to STI. I think that this condition of your can be due to colitis or infection in large bowel or due to constipation so I would suggest you have a course of Metronidazole tablet 400 mg for 5 days, a course of antispasmodic Drotaverine tablets for 5 days and Pantoprazole course for 10 days.
