Could Lower Back Pain And Bleeding Be Due To Intercourse On Last Day Of Menstruation?

Good afternoon! My name is Nicole. I started my cycle last week, it was in the process of going away, my boyfriend and I had intercourse last night and when I got up, a lot of blood came out of me. my lower back has been hurting me since last week, ive been feeling nausea and light headed. I took a pregnancy test, which came back negative.

Yes, the pending menstrual blood would have come out.
The back pain , nausea etc could be hormonal.
This is not the proper time to take a pregnancy test.
