Could Lump On The Upper Part Of Neck Be Malignant?

I have a bump near the upper part of my neck to the right of my throat. it s been there for awhile. I ve taken antibiotics when it first came and it went down but it s always been there. Should I be worried that it s cancerous or might be a sign of an HIV infection? Even though I ve already been tested for the HIV thing?

Hello,
Your concern about the lump is right . If you have completed antibiotic course and still it is remaining then go for fine needle aspiration cytology . It will provide light on the possibilities and for further management.
Thank you.
