Could Lymphocytosis Indicate A Risk Of Lymphoid Syndrome?

for the past three months I have had lymphocytosis 5.90 giga/l currently 3 giga/l no abnormality for the blood test, especially electrophoresis of serum proteins (qualitative and quantitative electrophoretic profile with no notable anomaly) please give me your opinion I m afraid of a lymphoid syndrome thank you
