Could Medication For Depression Have Trigger Subsided Petechiae?

I developed petechiae while talking lamictal. I've been off that drug a couple of months, and still have them. They're spread from my forearms to my face. My doctor sent me to a dermatologist who said a biopsy wold show it's medication related, but not pinpoint which one. Now on lithium, chlonopin, pristique, trazadone for major deppression. Would any of those drugs be the culprit?
