Could Medication For Hypothyroidism Cause Irregular Periods And Eczema?

I am currently taking Levothyroxine for hypothyroidism, I have been taking it for about 6 months. I have had no symptoms of hypothyroidism but it was picked up in a pre-natal health check. Over the last few months I have noticed eczema on my face and really irregular periods, will this be connected to my medication?
