Could Mensovit Help In Avoiding Pregnancy?

Hi doctor, i had sex on the 20th day from mensus. Last menstrual period date was on 26th April 2014. Regular period is 28 days cycle. Will mensovit plus help me to avoid pregnency ? Or what is the next medicine. We already have a daughter. Don t want to go for a medical test. Plz do suggest me some medicine.

Mensovit plus is herbal medicine, that do not help in avoiding pregnancy.
It is used for regulation of the period and to induce bleeding in non pregnant women and in infertility.

For avoiding pregnancy you have to use mifepristone plus misoprostol (medical prescription is needed) after confirming intrauterine pregnancy of less than 63 days bu sonography scan.
It should be used under medical surveillance. You should not use at home as it cause serious complication and high risk of failure. By method mifepristone 600 mg should be followed by misoprostol 400 ug vaginally by gynecologist after 48 hour, if required another 400 ug should be given after 4 hour.
USG should be done after 14 days to confirm successful process of abortion. Abortion process normally will complete in 4-5 days as bleeding will gradually decrease and stop.
Rest for 48 hours, analgesic and proper hygiene should be maintained.
Use safe sex practice to avoid unwanted pregnancies in future.
