I HAVE BEEN SMOKING CRYSTAL METH ALMOST EVERYDAY SINCE THE MIDDLE OF FEB 2014, RECENTLY I HAVE BEEN EXPERIENCING ALOT OF MUCUS, I FEEL L IKE I CANT SWALLOW PROPERLY ALSO I FEEL LIKE I HAVE A RUNNY NOSE WHEN I GO TO BLOW IT NOTHING COMES OUT BUT IF I BREATHE IN I FEELTHE MUCUS. I HAVE BEEN HACKING UP ALOT OF THICK I MEAN THICK MUCUS, I AM 26 YEARS OLD FEMALE

Smoking crystal meth is bad.
Can cause lung irritation that sometimes doesn't go away. Also predisposes to infections in the lungs, sinuses, and gums.
Antibiotics would be helpful and pretty darn necessary pretty soon in worsening infections. I cannot say in your particular case wihtout an exam.
Good time to stop; can say that though.
