Could Missed Periods With Vaginal Discharge And Back Pain Indicate Pregnancy?

I had my period January 5th to the 10th and Ovulated January 13th to the 18th and 2 days ago I started having vaginal discharging and I was supposed to have my period yesterday and I missed it but I have been having back pain to am I pregnant what do you think

It is not a sign of pregnancy. If you are worried you can go for a urine pregnancy test just for reassurance.
