Could Missing Periods And Spotting Be Due To Pregnancy?

I havent had my period since may 28 and i didnt get it the month of june . But july 3 i took a pregnancy test and it came out negative so on july 6 i wiped myself and i seen light blood and today the same. I wore a pad today and yesterday but no blood on it . Can i be pregnant? Is this normal
